The "Guardian" System recycles used coolants at process rates of 90 to 1500 gallons per hour. The operating principals are filtration to remove solid contaminants and coalescing to remove free floating and mechanically dispersed oils to less than 0.1%. 

The Hyde "Guardian" operates on a continuous overflow process to prevent rancidity and effectively recycle metalworking coolants.

 Systems can be customized to fit a customer's particular requirements by adding options such as a Coolant Return System, Polishing Filter, High or Low Speed Centrifuge, MagBag and Coolant Manager.
