The Hyde Ultrafiltration System extends the life of Washwater, Rinse Water, Vibratory Deburring/Tumbling solutions, floor scrubbing solutions, synthetic coolants, and pressure wash solutions by controlling oil and solids content. 

Systems are also used for disposal of waste coolants and oily wastewaters to help meet zero manifesting goals and comply with federal RCRA requirements, as well as state and local discharge regulations. 

Hyde ultrafiltration systems can reduce oily water volumes by up to 95% to 98%.

Systems can be skid mounted, completely automatic -- minimizing operator attention -- and supplied with micro- processor controls; ready for startup. Hyde Mini-UF and Ultra Mini-UF Systems are available and designed for small volume oily wastewater generators and shops with small parts washers. They are available in both automatic and manual designs.
