Downdraft tables and benches are highly effective at removing hazardous fumes and dusts generated by sanding, grinding, polishing and welding operations. Air contaminants are drawn down and back—away from the operator's breathing zone

Highly efficient cartridge filters trap particulate down to .5 microns, while pulse-jet compressed air blasts keep filters clear and operating at optimum efficiency.

2630B Grind Table for Hot Work

The Model 2630B Grind Downdraft Table is designed to accommodate a variety of sanding, metal grinding, welding, and light plasma applications where sparks and high temperatures are present. At the heart of the system is a blower that can produce up to 1500 cfm of airflow @ 1" static pressure to contain debris.

A removable all-steel spark shield with hinged ends provides spark protection for area workstations. Tabletop surface is composed of durable ¼” metal plate or grating.

The shielded and fire-rated cartridge filter cleans 99.95% of particles sized .5 micron and larger. Push a button and compressed air blows dust from the filter, dropping dirt into the dustpan below. An optional timer enables automatic filter cleaning.

Newly designed water pans offer easy exterior access for water maintenance. A filter/dustpan door allows easy dirt removal and filter

2872B / 3446B Grinding Downdraft Tables

The 2872B and 2646B Grind Downdraft Tables are designed to accommodate a variety of sanding, metal grinding, welding, and light plasma applications.

Optional chimney may be purchased to
take exhaust air from the floor and direct it towards the ceiling. An optional muffler, looking similar to the chimney pictured, may also be purchased to reduce the sound by 8-12 decibels.

A removable spark shield with hinged ends provides spark protection for area work-stations. Tabletop surface is composed of durable ¼” metal plate.

Pushbutton cleaning blows dust from the filter, dropping dirt into the dustpan below. An optional timer enables automatic filter cleaning. Spunbond cartridge filter cleans 99.95% of particle size .5 micron and larger.

DB-2000 / DB-3000 Downdraft Bench

These Donaldson-Torit self-contained dust collectors are designed as a workstation for capturing a wide range of materials used in grinding and finishing operations.

Combining a rugged-constructed work surface with the high efficiency Fibra-Web^® FR filter cartridge.

Fibra-Web FR filter cartridges feature nanofiber technology providing high filtration efficiency and long filter life. Filtration efficiency is exceptional at 99.999% on 0.5 µm dust particles.

Even air distribution provides effective dust control over the entire work surface. A built-in fluorescent light illuminates work area, and hinged side-wing panels open to accommodate longer than normal workpieces.

WB-2000 / WB-3000 Weld Bench

The first bench designed specifically for welding operations, the Donaldson/Torit WB models eliminate the need for moving extraction arms over the welding zone. Increase worker productivity and provide effective fume collection regardless of the workpiece position or size.
