This portable cartridge fume collector is designed as a
cost-effective, highly efficient, alternative solution for filtering
dusts, fume, smoke, gasses, and vapors. The SPC-1000/2000 comply with OSHA standards
for operations generating welding fume, dusts from grinding or
sanding, and other processes. Typically used for control of low to moderate
concentrations of dry contaminants, the SPC-1000/2000 come
with economical push-button pulse-jet filter cleaning to minimize
filter maintenance and reduce replacement costs.
The SPC-1000/2000 have horizontally mounted cartridges for lower center of gravity and stability.

Industrial Air Solutions’ SPCB-1000/2000, portable cartridge
downdraft benches are engineered for effective, economical control
of dry dusts, fume, and smoke generated from sanding, polishing,
buffing, grinding and more. Ideal for light to moderate
concentrations of dry contaminants, fumes, vapors, smoke and
particulate are drawn down and back—away from the operator’s
breathing zone. Highly efficient cartridge filters trap
particulate down to .5 microns, while pulse-jet compressed air
blasts keep filters clear and operating at optimum efficiency.
.The SPCB-1000/2000 are compact and portable. Topped with an aluminum surface to protect parts that cannot be scratched, SPCB-1000/2000 can support a table load of 50 pounds per square foot. The top has a back enclosure with hinged side wing panels to expand and enclose the work zone.
The SPCB-1000 offers true plug-n-go convenience, with power cord and switch for 115-volt operation standard.
Optional rubber mats are available for the placing on the table top.

The Coral Jet Clean portable fume collector and dust collection unit is a powerful, self-contained smoke, dust and fume collection system that is virtually plug-n-play, fully assembled and out-of-the-box ready to eliminate hazardous fumes and dust released during processes like welding, grinding, and batching and filling.
Featuring either single 1.5 or 3.0 horsepower or dual 3.0 horsepower articulated extraction arms for multiple source capture, incredible air volume up to 2100 CFM, TEFC motors and a high efficiency aluminum (non-sparking) backward inclined blower wheel, the Coral Jet Clean ruggedly designed and built to stand up and perform in the harshest environments. Industrial grade combination swivel and locking castors make the Coral Jet Clean easily maneuverable.
Two cartridge filters feature160 square feet of 100% washable spun-bond polyester, 99% efficient to 1 micron. Reverse pulse jet filter cleaning ensures consistent optimum filtration and a permanent spark arresting pre-filter. An optional hepa final filter module which is 99.97% efficient with 3 microns is also available for sub micronic particles. These units are equipped with an onboard accumulator (compressed air reservoir) which simply requires the hook-up to readily available compressed air from the shop’s compressor for the filter blow-down process.

The
Fume Fighter fume collector is a portable, compact
(just 2 feet tall, with a 1.5 sq. ft. footprint) and versatile bench-sized air cleaner designed for electronics soldering, wave soldering enclosures, stained glass
work and small jobs where ordinary industrial sized air cleaners
won't fit.
The FumeFighter offers true HEPA filtration, capable of capturing 99.97% of particulate down to .3 microns. This is the most protective filter available and is specified by OSHA for use with lead or cadmium
The FumeFighter triple filtration fume extraction systems includes two stages of mechanical filtration followed by a third stage of activated charcoal (carbon) for control of gaseous contaminants. All three filtration stages are independent allowing for maximum use of each filter.
In addition to
providing the benefits of Triple Filtration, the FumeFighter offers maximum filtration capacity for fume extraction.
While other manufacturers offer only 15 to 20 square feet of
filter area, the FumeFighter provides a generous 82
square feet of filter area; the maximum available in its class.
This translates into maximum filter life and value.
