EV-2 Elephant-Vac with 3PT Tractor Adaptor

Economical Litter Solution

Elephant-Vac model EV-2 Litter Vacuums pick up litter with a 12-foot hose as the operator navigates. Drink cans, plastic bags, paper cups, cigarette butts, leaves, broken glass — anything that fits into the 8" hose is drawn directly into an ordinary throw-away plastic bag. Removal and replacement of the bag takes less than one minute.

Mounting the Elephant-Vac to a tractor offers an economical solution for maintenance of large grounds areas — reducing capital costs by utilizing existing vehicles. The model 3PT Tractor Adapter connects the vacuum unit to a small tractor with a standard category I three point hitch. Elephant-Vac can be connected or disconnected in minutes to free up the tractor for other jobs. Use of a four wheel drive tractor permits access to rugged terrain.

Elephant-Vac's Tractor Mounted Litter Vacuum is ideally suited for litter cleanup in landfills and parks, along highways and fence lines, in ditches and drains — anywhere litter accumulates. 

Model EV-2 is powered by a 13.0 hp, electric start, fuel efficient Kawasaki engine. It operates all day on less than 3 gallons of gasoline, providing a long range for outdoor clean-up.

The vacuum hose is mounted on a balanced spring-boom for easy side to side and up and down movement. The vacuum hose nozzle hangs suspended above the ground and a manual boom adjuster raises or lowers the nozzle to the ideal height for easy operator control.
